All I can say is WOW! From the moment I stepped foot onto the property, I was greeted with the most welcoming energy from Nick (the property manager). He was very patient and professional showing me around the complex. I didn't have to wait at all to be seen for our appointment. He took his time showing me around the property, and not once did I feel rushed. We had originally spoken about one apartment, but after listening to my wants and needs, he took the time to show me others that better accommodated what I was looking for. He answered all of my questions, and never once expressed an ounce of annoyance from the MANY questions I had. In fact, he offered to show me the apartments again so I could compare. He allowed me to take photos, and videos of the units, and even helped me visualize

I’ve lived here for 3 months now I have to say for my first apartment I’m loving it. The area is perfect and people are polite . Maintenance is quick . Bo helped me out by replacing my faucet and it works better than before. Thank you . I would say the only downfall is the delivery service but that isn’t on leasing . Overall 5 stars

Packages are never delivered to the secure storage room. They are left outside your door in the breezeway and that’s why my packages were stolen last week. The leasing office is nowhere near the package room so they can’t monitor what the carriers are doing. Safety overall has gone downhill since I moved here. It’s frustrating because management is spending money refreshing the exterior of the apartments and doing resident events but ignoring the real issues that current residents face. Also, I would pick a different complex if a gym is important to you. Ours currently has no door handle (not sure what’s going on there tbh), several of the machines are breaking or broken, and there are almost never cleaning wipes available for the machines (Ew!). I toured Arium FreeMoreWest recently and had a really great experience. Isobel was so friendly and easy to talk to, and she made the whole tour feel relaxed and informative. She answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed.

Th Arium team has been fantastic since I started living here. They do a fantastic job, maintance requests are very quick and the team is very knowledgeable and friendly anytime I see them. Toby has done an aiming job keeping Arium running and a great place to live. Thank you
