I really enjoy living here, especially because the property grounds are always well kept and nice to look at. The landscaping is clean, the common areas are taken care of, and it honestly makes a big difference in how the community feels overall. It’s peaceful, welcoming, and consistently maintained. I also want to give credit to Mark, the maintenance guy. He does a great job and is always helpful and professional. Whenever something needs to be fixed or looked at, he’s responsive and makes sure it gets handled. He’s friendly, reliable, and clearly takes pride in his work. It’s nice to live in a place where the staff actually cares, and Mark’s work really shows in how well the property is maintained.

I recently moved out and Haley made the process super easy and smooth. The property always looked great and i loved my apartment. Maintenance was always quick to resolve anything and office staff are super nice!

Our friends have lived here for some time now and only hear great things. Front office staff appear very knowledgeable and friendly. Property is very clean and well maintained. Maintenance team deserve to be recognized for their hard work and dedication. Will be looking to move soon and I hope this is our future home.

I fell in love with the Arium community and the over all structure of the facility as soon as i recently came for a tour. I had the honor of being toured by the property manager, Haley. Haley was very transparent with everything that came with the apartments and was friendly. As I am looking to finalize on my new next home, Arium has become a top candidate due to how the staff treated me and how clean the facility was kept up with.

At first we enjoyed living here, but that was almost 4 years ago, and in that time the complex has fallen into disarray and management doesn’t seem to do much about it. First, the entire complex seems to be everyone’s puppy potty. poop and pee everywhere, a constant smell of ammonia, and no one seems to care about cleaning it up. Management says they’ll assess fines to the pet owner but i’m not sure how they intend to do that anyways. Secondly, the parking is a mess. over the years we’d been living there we rarely had the chance to have people over as there was never any guest parking, it was constantly filled with people who would just leave a second car in the spots at all times. They then introduced paid parking for guests which relatively solved the issue but can start to get very pr
