BEWARE. Reviews must be fake. Can never get through to the office , they never answer calls and it is always closed. “Samantha” is apparently the leasing manager but she is never available ??? But they are perfectly fine issuing “notices to vacate” to all of their tenants like they are giving out candy, but yet have no way to even get in contact with them to figure out why these notices are being issued? My father was given a notice and he paid early before the 1st but he was issued a notice to Vacate.. What is going on exactly? Other tenants are having this issue. Are you guys taking our money and running away with it? Horrible service. What if there is an emergency how are we supposed to get through to anyone if no one ever answers the number that is listed for the property and no one is

How much is 1 or 2 bedroom apartment rent deposit and application fee

I've lived here almost for nearly a year. Never have had an issue that wasn't taken care of immediately. Excellent management, cares for the tenants, and keeps the place clean, bug free, and peaceful. I recommend it.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Its nasty and they have a roach infestation that not even the bi weekly pest control can take care of. We lived there with an I fantastic for over a year with no AC or heat because they just "never got around to fixing it" They are also under new management AGAIN and she isnt helpful at all.
