This community is truly amazing, from the friendly neighbors to the outstanding management team. Braiden is absolutely exceptional he is extremely knowledgeable, incredibly fast at everything he does, and always responsive. His quick action and professionalism make a huge difference, and it truly shows how much he cares about the residents. I am genuinely happy to be living here. The community is always clean, well taken care of, and one of the things I love the most is how peaceful and quiet it is. It truly feels like home. I would like to give a five star shout out to the wonderful maintenance technician that repaired both the toilet sink and the toilet bowl this weekend. I do not know his name but I can tell you that he serviced apartment 185. My son Joey told me how kind and helpful he was.He quickly was able to repair everything back to functioning order. I greatly appreciate the maintenance technician that arrived, and he deserves a ton of kudos!!!! Great work and great attitude toward the work. THANK YOU!!!!

Honestly, something about this maintenance request didn’t sit quite right with me. It was a simple request with routine priority. The toilet seat was loose in the main bathroom and I was in Reno, NV when I first put in the request 2-3 days ago. I made the 7-8 hour drive to Las Vegas to the apartment to run errands and clean up. On the same day I arrived, I managed to get a few things done before deciding to take a nap. The toilet seat had not yet been fixed. I awoke to my front door being slammed followed by hard, aggressive knocking. And I struggled to get dressed enough to appear decent since it was already 100 degrees outside. When I got to the door, the maintenance guy smiled and said, “oh so you are here” before entering my unit. The request was completed but this experience has left
