I want to commend the maintenance and support staff at my apartment complex, especially Valentine. He has been incredibly helpful and responsive to all my maintenance requests. The entire team is prompt, professional, and friendly. Any issues I've had were addressed quickly and effectively. Their dedication to resident satisfaction makes living here a great experience. Highly recommend!

Great customer service. The community manager is amazing. She is so helpful. Jacqueline Ley amazing job. I’m really exited to move to this community. The area is clean and she makes me feel this is the perfect pleace to live at.

Arise Craig Ranch is a well-maintained community with great amenities, walkable access to Patel Brothers, Target, and Walmart, and top-rated schools like Isabel nearby. The staff is supportive and special thanks to Angelica and Jacqueline for being super helpful during my move-in!

Just moved out. It is sad because the staff is amazing. Anju and Valentine are especially great! But, DO NOT MOVE TO BUILDING 2!!! I think there are about 4 separate apartments that all smoke marijuana. It got so bad that the smell was coming through the walls. It started from my daughter's bathroom vent. I complained a few times, but it continued. My daughter started getting runny noses every other week, so we decided to break our lease and leave. It is a great place with great staff, just has a few bad apples that ruin it for everyone else. Oh, and don't expect to get your deposit back.

Visited last week and wow, Angelica, the leasing agent, totally blew me away with her vibe and know-how! She walked me through the place, hyping up the cool features like the open layout and new appliances, making the whole tour super fun. Jacqueline, the property manager, was just as awesome—super chill, answered all my questions, and made everything so easy. Hands-down the best team in McKinney! This spot’s a gem, and these two make it shine. 5 stars! 🌟
