I’ve lived here for over two years. My AC always breaks, and they take so long to fix it. During peak summer it broke and took almost a month to repair. They put in a portable AC that didn’t cool my apartment, my electric bill went up, and I couldn’t open the door or the window. The AC broke again, and it still hasn’t been fixed for over a month. There has been horrible communication about the issue. The roof has drainage problems and left a mess that I had to clean up after them multiple times. The apartments are not very well maintained, but it is a safe place to live and a quiet area.

I've only been here for a week however I love my apartment and the complex. Im going to stay here for a few years. Its quite but still near everything you need. I really appreciate how secure it is also.

This is a dream apartment complex, the property is beautiful and taken care of incredibly. I’ve lived here for almost a year and it’s easily been one of the best years thanks to the accommodations. It doesn’t get any better than the leasing manager Krista, since day one she has not only done her job but has gone above and beyond and always goes the extra mile to help and make sure everything is great! Shes just remarkable. Also the maintenance man Mike is incredible, not only does he make sure the property is clean and up to date but he will help you with anything and has fixed so much for us and they both always are so happy and friendly. I have lived here for about two months. The apartments themselves are clean and well-maintained, which is a definite plus. Pool and courtyard are beautiful and clean. However, there are some drawbacks. You can easily hear your neighbors, even when vacuuming, which can be quite disruptive. The laundry facilities are often dirty, and I’ve had issues with leasing availability. The office is only open for a few hours each day, which isn’t very accommodating for people with 9-5 jobs. Lastly, maintenance inspections can only be done during the hours of 8 AM to 4 PM, meaning you have to be comfortable with people entering your apartment when you're not home, which is uncomfortable. Overall, while the apartment has its positives, these issues have made my experience less than ideal.

I did not go here and could not get it off of my phone until I put stars on it. So I gave it a 5, but I've never been to this place. :)
