Aria on Cave Creek

Hands down one of the top apartment complexes in Phoenix, Maintenance is reliable and fast, Complex is well kept, Office management are communicating and helpful. I have not seen 1 bug in the 2 years of living here. Highly recommend

I'm a current resident at Aria on Cave Creek, a former military member and a Black woman. I've lived in many places around the world and a few places here in Phx. This is the best place I've ever lived in Phx. In the military as far as off base housing goes, hands down Aria wins. I say this because of the Office ladis are very professional, very friendly and very courteous. With that being said, I've read some negative reviews claiming racism and poor maintenance service, but as a long-term resident, I can say that's absolutely untrue. I had the privilege today to meet Jacee at The Aria on a tour. Absolutely lovely, upscale property, and close to shopping and the freeway! Friendly staff… Must see property!

Coming up on two years of residency here at Aria and I have enjoyed my time here very much. The office staff and the maintenance crew have been nothing but kind, diligent and responsive in my personal experience. Neighbors are friendly and I’ve stopped many a time just to have a small conversation while on my walks around the community. The apartment themselves are spacious and comfortable. Would recommend

Look no more! I’m telling you this is your home! From the minute you walk in the staff is extremely welcoming and nurturing! It is not a hassle to get answers to voice concerns you will walk out confidently knowing that your search has come to an end! Take it from someone who was coming new to the state not knowing any better aria made our family feel as comfortable as possible they hugged us when we felt as if all hope was lost. Maintenance is simply amazing and work in a timely manner. It is definitely a quiet peaceful environment. Super convenient and the schools are amazing!
