Aria North Hills

Out of 25+ different apartment complexes, I decided to give Aria North Hills a shot. I took them up on their 2 bedroom special with rent being half off the first 2 months. Beautiful unit with a very spacious floor plan. For being between Falls of Neuse rd and Six Forks this area is QUIET. Very respectful neighbors, very well kept and clean area. Between the help of the property manager Brandy and leasing manager Saira, I was able to navigate the move in process seamlessly. Both young ladies offered exceptional customer service and eased my mind about the move in process seeing it’s my first apartment.

Lived here for 3 years and moved out last month. I wasn’t going to leave a review, but after being ignored from their leasing office team when I inquired about incorrect charges from my security deposit, I feel the need to do so. I will start off by saying that the apartments are completely outdated, and the photos you see on Google are NOT reflective on how they actually look. My apartment had huge cockroaches, MICE, and was infested with spiders, though I was being charged for a “pest control fee” every month. The laundry rooms are absolutely disgusting, and half of the time, the machines didn’t even work. I ended up hiring my own laundry service. When I moved out, there was some damage done to the apartment from my cats; totally understandable that it will be taken out of my security

One thing I have learned is never give a review before having time to access the entire situation. I moved into my apartment on 11/14 and I returned my list of issues with the apartment on 11/16. There ARE several issues some of the main ones are master bedroom bathroom tub and sink the water stands in them both long during and after using. Water is up over my ankles while showering I video taped the water draining this morning and it’s taking at least 20 mins or more to drain after showering. The utility closet with water heater is caked with lint definitely a fire hazard, and the storage space outside the door is wide open because the door want close and the inside has big holes in the walls. ***Update Laundry room is dirtier than last visit and it looks like there is more water. Floor is covered in dirt, dropped a sock transferring between machines and it was dirtier than when I came in. Added three new photos to show comparison. Might just try nearby laundry mats at this point, at least than the floor will be clean and I'll have somewhere to sit while I watch my clothes. I'm not sure if the apartment has cleaners or expects the residents to bring their own supplies in to maintain the space but I don't know how the laundry room in the 7005 building could get this dirty on a Monday unless no ones cleaning the space? There's ants trailing in and it's wet behind the machines? It would be nice if they at least left us a broom in there to help maintain the mess. I dropped one piec
