James Parra, the property manager here has been fantastic. Always friendly, easy to talk to, and quick to respond to any concerns. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the overall upkeep of the property really shows his commitment to the welfare of the residents. It’s been a great experience living here!

I’ve had a great experience with the leasing office at Aria Apartment Homes. The staff is professional, welcoming, and always willing to help when something comes up. Special shoutout to James and Cass — they go above and beyond to make the process smooth and make residents feel genuinely valued. Their communication and follow-through really set this place apart. Do not live here! The new management (since 2024) is extremely poor, especially when it comes to maintenance and responsiveness. 1. Maintenance requests take an unreasonably long time—sometimes more than a week—to be addressed. 2. They attempted to charge me for a simple maintenance request, such as replacing blinds! 3. The swimming pool is consistently dirty and poorly maintained. 4. The new manager rarely responds to emails—I can recall only one response. 5. It’s not safe too. I lost three bikes here, two from the patio and the other from the front door. They don’t have security gate!

Just signed my lease and moved into a spacious 2 bedroom unit. Everything is clean and loved the cute, thoughtful welcome basket! Shout out to James, who made the whole process smooth, easy, and pleasant. He was punctual, professional, and superbly polite and pleasant and called back and responded to any questions or concerns I had. As a busy, working mom, I appreciate excellent customer service with compassion. Also maintenance response has been on time and efficient.

James is an awesome manger and maintenance is fast, quiet community, never a mess outside and for the price and size we love it here. And also James also throws the best community events makes the living experience here awesome.
