Ari was an absolute pleasure from the first phone call made to him He was always pleasant and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process . Our mortgage was difficult in the beginning since we were trying to close before our other two homes sold . These rating are all for Ari Berman. My initial experience with Movement was through a different person at first and my rating would look very different for him. Our original person left and after he left, Ari picked our case up. There were a lot more loose ends that had to be approved through underwriting than we had understood and led to believe by our initial person. It would have been easy for Ari to simply leave us fail, as not his problem, and have our contract fall through and be out our earnest money. He did not. He said to me that it would be his only mission to make sure we do not lose our earnest money. Frankly, I was skeptical.
