Argyle Place Apartments

I could not be more thankful for this apartment complex. My husband and I moved to Hickory in 2022, and we are only moving away to be closer to family. Samantha and JD were always kind and easy to work with, everything in town is within a 15 minute drive, and we always had great neighbors. Apartment 40 is a special one if you can get it - a lovely view of the trees and walking trail. We will truly miss this apartment!

Nice, spacious apartments. Killer views, walking trail is great for the pets. Dog park is usually vacant and roomy. Friendly community, quick to resolve any issues. 😊

I lived in this apartment complex and had to break my lease early due to ongoing drug use and activity in the building. I reported this multiple times to the property manager, expressing serious concern for the safety of my three small children. Unfortunately, absolutely nothing was done to address the issue. After explaining that I could not continue to live in such an unsafe environment, I gave a 30-day notice and had a conversation with the property manager. He gave me the impression that, considering the circumstances, I would not be penalized for breaking the lease early. I trusted that he understood the situation and was being reasonable. My brother and I moved into our apartment about 8 months ago and we are very content, managers/front office workers are kind and very understanding. The neighborhood feels clean and safe and the few issues we’ve had, have been resolved easily and quickly! We definitely know we want to renew our lease when the time comes and continue living here :)

I have lived at Argyle Place since 2017! I have loved my apartment the space, it’s quiet and the fireplace was my absolute favorite in the winter months and not to mention the balcony and see the trees change during the seasons. Management is awesome! JD is one of the coolest managers ever, Beth is always helpful down to earth and just the sweetest lady to converse with. Anytime I had a issue, which in the time I’ve lived here have been minor and few, maintenance fixed and often just helped me because I didn’t have a ladder or step stool to change out my bulbs! This place is great to live it was a blessing to me and the neighbors are always friendly and peaceful! Truly enjoyed my home, the memories here and the people definitely will miss all!
