Argento at Riverwatch Apartments

I had the pleasure of touring with Jada. She was very attentive and answered all our inquiries promptly. This is one of the cleanest properties we’ve seen so far with a great pool and 24hr gym. Definitely considering making this our future home!

Current Resident: I’ve seen both the ups and downs in this community, but it’s clear the team is putting in more effort to address what residents need — like paving the parking lot, which I know will be a huge improvement. I have to give the highest praise to Jada — she’s always been incredible to work with! My only suggestion for Sterling Group’s leadership would be to invest a bit more in keeping the community clean — things like pressure washing and maintaining the dog park would make a big difference. Overall, my experience has been great, and it really feels like the team is taking the right steps to make the community even better.

The elevator’s been broken for weeks, so every trip home is basically a surprise leg day. Live on the 3rd or 4th floor? Congrats !!! you didn’t choose fitness, fitness chose you. 🛗❌🦵💀

We had the pleasure of living at our Argento for a year. If it wasn’t for moving across the country, we would certainly still be there. As we were apartment hunting and came to check it out, Ryan was absolutely phenomenal. He made us feel like we were not just potential tenets, but treated us like friends. He made us feel like we were already home. It honestly was love at first sight and after having lived here for a year, I can tell you that that feeling never went away. We absolutely loved the outdoor spaces provided especially the pool and grilling area. We used them nearly daily. Thank you Argento and thank you Ryan for making this place one of a kind!

We are from California and have never been to Augusta. Leasing an apartment without seeing it first hand can be challenging. Out of all the apartment complexes we have inquired at, Argento, through the help of Mr.Ryan Goss, stood out the most. From answering my queries through phone and email, he gave me updates and helped me prepare the necessary documents so that we can secure a unit hassle free. He listened to what matters to our family like our preferences for a unit near the dog park among others. Upon moving in and seeing the complex, it felt like a safe and peaceful oasis that you’ll look forward to come home to. Being new in the city, I don’t need to go out often as the lounge area is an ambient place to study, they have a nice pool and a 24/7 gym. There are a lot of parking spa
