Since 2022, they have raised the rent, and unbundled all amenities, which was the primary allure in me moving in. At that point, you are better off living somewhere near campus where you have new resident specials, a pool, functional gym equipment, and neighbors who have decorum. Cost of attendance cannot keep up with Lofts and their predatory policies that harm students. I literally broke my lease because I could not see myself staying until the end of my lease term. Very attentive staff. Love the office. As a client, I think they are fair and willing to work with their tenants for the best experience. I'd love to own my own building, since we have to rent, I am happy it's with them.
