AREM Property Management Company

As a renter, working with a PM can be rough. But I'll say, we've worked with AREM through KayCee and Marc for the last 1.5 years and they really take care of their renters, more than some of our direct landlords! If anything was needed it was taken care of within days, and they are both so kind and understanding.

This company was great until a new owner. Bought it a couple years ago. It has really gone downhill in their service.
