"Security is a joke here – my car's wheels stolen inside gated community! 😡" Had all 4 wheels stolen off my car overnight INSIDE this gated community. Went to leasing office to report and request better security – they shrugged and said "They already have one security guard" for this size. Didn't even pretend to care. They charge extra just for "gated" access vs identical units outside the gate. That premium should buy actual protection, not excuses. Gates are wide open half the time, and one guard can't cover anything. If you value your car or peace of mind, look elsewhere. Management clearly prioritizes profits over residents' safety. Would not recommend.

I went to the vending machine tonight at around 11:40pm In the pool area. To find a homeless guy bathing inside of the Jacuzzi. Absolutely disgusting I saw him dipping his head underneath. It washing his hair drinking his beer. It was so nasty. I don’t spend rent just for homeless people to come into my neighborhood and use it like a shower. I use that Jacuzzi in the morning. This is disgusting and unacceptable.

I’ve had a great experience with this leasing office. Klarissa, Angeles, and Dayana have all been super friendly and helpful every step of the way. They’re responsive, patient with questions, and make the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. The community itself is quiet, clean, and in a really nice neighborhood, which is exactly what I was looking for. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and definitely recommend checking this place out. Don’t give them a hard time if not everything is clear from the start they’re always overwhelmed I was patient and it’s worth it.

Before even looking into this apartment, I'm giving this place 1 star. We booked a self-guided tour for 9pm from the site. We drove 40 mins to tour and waited 30 mins outside in rain waiting for instructions and no response at all. No wonder this place has so low rating.

Worst Manager Leena very rude.I have lived in so many communities prior to this never had such bad experiences. She is biased and very disrespectful. She thinks she is the owner which she certainly isnt. Staff who works here is okay but the management is terrible. Do not come here!
