Ardens Place Apartments

The photos are of the renovated apartments only, which I imagine aren't many. After the property was bought out, rent has steadily been increasing 150$/mo per lease renewal. My apartment has no new features. Outdated cabinets, appliances, floors, etc. There are NO amenities in the complex aside from one, maybe two picnic tables at the back of the complex. Managers don't care to give me updated appliances unless I pay an additional fee per month despite the ridiculous rent increase. Maintenance is subpar, the usual landlord's special. Aside from all that, I suppose everyone is nice. I've never had a problem with neighbors, however I have had things stolen of my porch multiple times.

I was told that I would be moving in the renovated ardens apartment feb 15 because the cabinets needed to be put in but now when I reached out their saying at the end of February. No courtesy call and two more expensive weeks in the hotel. I would have never filled out an app if the company was honest. Their also refusing to give my application fee back after lying about my move in date. Starting over from scratch because the townhouse look like they should be condemned on the inside. Back to square one; minus 60 bucks.🤬

Don’t move here! The office manager is not honest! They have bad plumbing! And everything needs to updated in the apartments. They neglect issues in your apartment. I’ve had a leaking toilet since March 2020 and they are now just fixing it November 2020(2nd time) and now I’m left with a $700 water bill! And they are refusing to be responsible and pay for their negligence.
