The apartments here are not the best. There is a strong smell of weed at every corner. The managers put out a rule of no somoking weed, but they are not strict about it at all. There are rats and bedbugs living in every single of these apartments. I’ve had to buy bedbug sprays and rat traps a million times while living in these apartments and the whole experience is horrible. When you complain to them about this, they take months to get back to you, and when they do get back to you, all they do is just put some powered down and leave. The speed bumps too are really high, spoiled one of my car tires once. There are also a lot of things that keep breaking. My in sink erator, balcony curtains, bathroom door handle, the roof even once was collapsing, and they had to literally tear it apart and
‼️DO NOT EVER BRING YOURSELF TO THESE DUMPSTER OF APARTMENTS‼️If you ever have the slightest desire to live in Arden Pointe, don't. This is the worst place I've lived in, and Ive lived in a lot of different apartments. Every single, and I mean EVERY single one of the apartments have a rat and bedbug infestation. I would wake up every morning itching. It's truly disgusting. I had to keep ordering this powder to kill the bedbugs, and when those were finally gone, the rats multiplied. They will eat your food in the kitchen, climb tables and chairs, and also poop on the floor. I've called maintenance for both the bugs and the rats, all they did was look around with a fancy flashlight and place sticky papers on the floor that were supposed to be "traps". This is a nice apartment overall. The units and the grounds themselves are well kept, and management has actually been good to work with. They communicate and seem to care. However, the biggest issue , and it’s a major one .....the amount of dog waste throughout the complex. It’s honestly unbelievable. There is so much greenery and open space here, but it’s impossible to enjoy it because you’re constantly watching every step to avoid stepping in dog poop. I’m not talking about one or two spots .. it’s everywhere!!!!!!!! It has gotten to the point where I can’t even open my windows because people allow their dogs to use the area directly underneath them. The new property owners give me a sense of this is going to be a better place to call home. I’ve been living here for 10 years and in the beginning management was good, after a few years the Company changed several times. It started to be a lot of unprofessional physical bodies over there, people just showing up to be in the rental office, but not actually working. Our problems were not being addressed and yet they were always getting smart or promising to do things and stuff never getting done, but yet always trying to collect rent when the living status weren’t appropriate. Edit: 9/14/25- I’ve now lived here for 5 years. The recent change in management has been pleasant. The floor in my kitchen was warped so I placed a maintenance request. They set an appointment with me and arrived within 2 days to remove and replace the entire flooring. However when I saw the replacement, I was quite disappointed because the work was sloppy and rushed. I contacted the management again and they apologized and sent someone else to replace it. The floor looks great and I appreciate their hard work and quick response. Recently, I noticed a leak near my washer so I placed a request.
