Arden is a great place to call home. I’m loving Jessica and Josie. Look at all our Halloween decorations.

Josie and Jesika at Arden Place were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were both very nice, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout the process. They took the time to answer my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the experience smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism and friendly attitudes truly stood out. I really appreciate their help and would highly recommend working with them if you’re considering Arden Place.

I talked to Josie on the phone, but when i went into the office Jessica is who assisted me. Very welcoming, friendly, outgoing and helpful. Jessica knows her info about her property. She answered any questions I had and any questions I may have been thinking of. 10/10 would definitely recommend. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Love this property, very clean and quiet. The onsite staff is very accommodating and resourceful. I also believe it is managed by two of the best professionals I ever dealt with. Thanks to The Manager Jessica Bishop and her assistant Josie Cannon. Looking for a affordable, clean, friendly and safe place to live. Give Jessica or Josie a call for more information, they both love what they do and are patient and transparent.

Amazing place to live, the people are very friendly who live there. The manager Jessica bishop is one of the beat property managers in town she takes her job very seriously and diligently. The maintenance is very good anything wrong and it will be fixed immediately 10/10
