Arches at Hidden Creek

Wow. Just wow. I’m truly impressed by the level of rudeness and unprofessionalism. Here is my story. I scheduled a tour to see a two-bedroom apartment here at The Arches. I arrived at 12:28 and waited in the lobby for 10 minutes. Then Briena offered me a seat. I told her why I came, and she said, and I’m quoting, “I don’t have anything to show you, and we don’t have anything available for you in the next three months.” I was surprised because I had scheduled a tour. I tried to explain, but I was interrupted with a dismissive, “It’s an AI.” That was it, no other explanation. I tried a different approach. I said, “I just heard that your colleague left with a couple to show them an apartment that’s available right now. Could I see it too, just to better understand?” I was interrupted again

Definitely the easiest and smoothest move-in to an apartment that I've had. The staff are friendly and easy to work with. Shout out to Breanna for all the help she provided in answering our questions and making sure we had an efficient move in! We also had help from Veronica and Marquis who were also very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Been here for over a month now and no complaints so far!

The Staff Robin, Veronica, Marquis, and Breanna are so amazing. The professionalism & kindness was top tier. I think other communities need to take note. This place is Stellar.

new management team, I have been here for years so have other people around me and they say the same thing. This place is going to trash . No one helps you the works at the desk are extremely rude. Maybe they need to get trained better ? Or maybe I can go in and show them how to be respectful to their people who pay rent to stay there. The new maintenance workers are being over worked, it takes them years to get back to you to fix a roach infestation or even fix the stove which takes 2 seconds. New management and everyone went left. I loved our other owners, these new owners are terrible. Don’t rent here!’ I promise it’s not what you want to get yourself into! I absolutely love living at Arches at Hidden Creek! The community is beautiful and always well-maintained – the grounds are clean, the amenities are in great shape, and the pool area feels like a resort. The office staff is friendly, professional, and truly cares about residents. They go above and beyond to answer questions and make the move-in and renewal process so easy. Maintenance is quick, efficient, and always courteous when they come into my home – I really appreciate how responsive they are to requests. The community is quiet and safe, and it’s clear that management works hard to keep it that way.
