I cannot in good conscience recommend residing at this property. My experience here has been beyond negative. On the day I moved in, while unloading my kitchen items, multiple roaches emerged from the cabinets. This incident immediately indicated that relocating to this complex was a significant mistake. The overall condition of the property is poor. Dog waste is frequently left throughout the grounds, stray cats regularly urinate on personal belongings and patios, and individuals often rummage through the dumpsters. The walls are thin as paper, neighbors play music soo loud that you can hear every word even with a noisy fan on; don’t count on getting any sleep during the day if you work 12 hour night shifts. Stay away from here! I’ve been living in this apartment for some time now and have had to deal with a massive cockroach infestation. The management can not get a handle on this. It’s so bad that I can’t leave breakfast that I’m making on the counter and turn my back to get something outta the fridge with out turning around and finding cockroaches in my breakfast. Management knows this is a problem yet failed to disclose this information to me before I signed the lease. Stay away from here

We have completed our lease agreement and paid on time and they still trying to charge us month to month and they already rented it out to someone else and they still charging us money like we live there . If I were you I would think twice about moving in to these shady apartments

Very dirty and filled with drug infested people and trash was everywhere. Occupants have their dog fecal matter from the steps of the apartments to the bottom of the steps. There are individuals living in the apartments that are not supposed to be residing there, I ran in to occupant in bldg 18 room 207 who is living under another's social security number, yet management is unaware of the false information provided to them. The fact that this apartment is sheltering crime like people and false information would make me never want to even refer others to this place. Can't BE TRUSTED!

I have rented from other cam properties in the past and arches has been the best one overall. Manager is very kind and helpful. I had a plumbing emergency at night and maintenanc came right away to resolve the issue even though it was late. Recommend arches .
