Archer's Pointe Apartments in Fort Wayne

I’ve had such a wonderful experience from touring, to leasing, moving in and everything beyond that. Derrick was so friendly and honest about everything, he was never trying to sell me on anything, just wanted me to have all of the information and make the best choice for me. Leasing office David was so friendly when moving in, and maintenance David was also very friendly. It feels like a family here, and I genuinely feel safe and comfortable living here. Tony came to look at some things in my apartment and was so kind, and went out of his way to look into my furnace which I had not put in a maintenance request in for yet. Truly love the people who work here, such a pleasant experience so far.

I have lived here from quite some time now and I have never experienced such support, caring, and kindness from all staff. Jared and David helped me fix my door on a Saturday, twice, and showed nothing but compassion. They went above and beyond to show my family we are safe in our neighborhood. Monica showed a kindness that is unwavering and a support that cannot be defined. This has been the best place I have ever lived and my family loves it here!

These are the best apartments I have ever lived in. They are well maintained, inside and out. Common areas are cleaned regularly, and the maintenance staff is very capable at solving issues. The layout is amazing, with lots of closet storage space. The appliances are better quality than your typical apartment. (I love that the dishwasher actually does a good job!) It doesn't feel like a temporary stage in life, it feels like a home. I am sad to have to leave. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone in Fort Wayne.

This apartment/townhome community is well managed and the maintenance team is A+ solid. Parking can be a struggle sometimes, and it's next to a noisy main road and a freeway so the noise level could be better, though the walls are insulated well so it's not unbearable. Read your lease contract because I didn't notice the lease defaults to monthly after the initial lease period and they require 60 days notice before moving out, so that was a pain to deal with but the staff took care of me as much as they could in lieu of my ignorance. It's a (socially) quiet community, pet friendly, next to a dozen restaurants.

I love archer's. I think our maintenance team is literally the best of the best. They leave little notes about what they did and what still needs to be done and I think that's such peace of mind not everyone provides.
