Archdale Flats

The Luxury Ghetto. I've stayed there for 4 years. It never felt like "home". Noise, Crime, trash, prostitution, shootings. I had my car front end ripped off from a druggie with a stolen car. A very uneasy place to call home. Upstairs suffered from some type of water damage, apparently management called people that specialize in water damage. With no notification, guys come cut holes in my apartment ceiling and tell me their dehumidifier has to stay running for 3 days. Machine was very loud. And electric bill was also loud. Pool hasn't been open since I've been there. Maintenance were pretty quick to respond to issues. I moved. They kept my deposit despite me leaving the unit in better condition than it was leased to me. Complete scam.

My family and I recently moved to Archdale Flats. Our experience with the staff has been stellar. Specifically and primarily so, as it relates to Ms. Holly. From our initial consultation she has always been truly welcoming and kind to my husband, my daughter and I. She is an absolute professional and has been very patient throughout the process. I am disabled and my daughter has autism. The level of hospitality that Ms. Holly displayed toward us while processing our application has been nothing short of amazing! She was also very instrumental in assisting us in understanding certain protocols throughout the approval process. Holly in the office is great!! I felt she gave amazing service to me. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. The apartments are very nice. I look forward to moving in soon!

I was very pleased with the service I've received from the staff. Holly and Jonotham from the very first day I felt the warmth, friendliness and professionalism. A special thank you to Brook in all of our correspondence Brook was helpful and never did I feel any frustration in our correspondence. I am happy to be live here. If I could put zero stars I would. After moving out of this hell from living there for almost 6 years, all I’m going to say is do NOT and I mean DO NOT MOVE HERE. It is turned into the ghetto, nothing but trash, kids damaging the neighborhood, dumpsters overfilled, crime, homeless, and don’t even get me started with the dog poop in the grass. I have a child who has asthma. During the summer the AC went out and it took them almost 2 months to come and fix it, even I when I went to the office multiple times. The workers in the front office are only there to sit. The sign welcoming you into the neighborhood is shot up. I wouldn’t recommend this place in a whole LIFETIME.
