I have good landlords, I have had bad landlords - but Arch Rental Services have been GREAT landlords. I have lived in one of their properties for five and a half years, and I only left because I have moved out of state. They really are that awesome - super responsive, super prompt and on top of things. I haven’t had a single issue with them. They are also just generally nice people to work with - Katie in particular is incredibly kind and willing to help. I have really enjoyed my experience living in one of their properties and highly recommend them for anyone looking for a rental in St Louis!

I just signed my lease and their tenant portal is very user friendly, with access to all the information you need. The quality property and the customer service has been 5 stars!
