Arcadia Walk Apartments

I personally had the pleasure of working with Loretta the property manager was absolutely amazing. She handled every inquiry and issue i had before move in and after. I have yet to stay a property where their property manager was as helpful, communicative, and present as she is. She is patient, understanding and extremely kind. As a fairly “new” resident i don’t feel as though i could be in better hands. The property matches the pictures their pricing matches their word. If anyone is looking for an honest clean and kind community id be selfish not to recommend this property but also to not recommend Loretta.

I love me some Arcadia walk. The management team that we have now are very professional and everything that they do I enjoy, that Miss Loretta goes out of her way to help and make sure that things is situated for you she is one of the best management team that I ever met in real estate or rental. I love how she works she's fast understandable and she operates with a lot of professionalism. I enjoy her maintenance team that also helps me I think his name is TJ He's a funny guy and I enjoyed that he works very professionally and gets the job done on time. Any questions you have or problems make sure you see them quickly because they'll get it done right away at your request.

From the moment I arrived, Litzi made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. She was patient, friendly, and very helpful throughout the apartment tour. The apartments are absolutely lovely, clean, and well cared and safe for my family. I left feeling excited and truly considering making this my next home. As soon as current lease expires in a few months. Highly recommend working with Litzi!

Day 1 of ... In the year and a half that I have lived here, the experience has been less than pleasant and I would not choose or suggest to any prospective tenant that this is a place to call home. In October of 2024, my apartment flooded from a negligently repaired and inspected AC chiller unit in the ceiling. When the chiller line exploded, water ran unnoticed for approximately 8 hours and flooded my entire unit, damaging all of my personal belongings. The management failed to take any accountability or provide their property owners insurance information. Their "accommodation" was for me and my ESA animal to live in their model unit for 14 days while my unit was being "repaired". Management thought it was a good idea to repo MY vehicle that was in MY assigned spot without notice. A quick phone call would have confirmed it was in fact my vehicle. Even if they had the "right" to tow without a "sticker" why would you do this to a paying renter of almost 3 years? Excellent way to get someone to not renew their lease. Hope it was worth it. Will be escalating this to the Arizona Department of housing. Also it might be a good idea to register the vehicle at time of lease so this never happens again, takes 2 seconds. But I shouldn't be giving you any good ideas as you didn't give me the same courtesy..
