Arcadia Savannah

Lovely apartment! Most of it is brand new and would mostly be suitable for 2 to 5 people. The scenery is especially lovely during the mornings where the sun hits the pool and dining areas. Would love to give a big shout out to Cameron for the introduction and His tour! Heard they did some small events, and the snacks they provide are comforting 🌤️

This property is gorgeous! I’ve been nearby a few times and gotten the pleasure of meeting the team. Cam and Stephanie are amazing, kind, knowledgeable and welcoming! Arcadia is in perfect location to getting downtown, especially near the Starland district and midtown for essentials like grocery stores. Property is well kept and the pool is my favorite! It’s gorgeous! I can’t say enough great things about the staff and the units themselves. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking to move to the area!

Had a wonderful experience at Arcadia Savannah! The community is beautiful, well-kept, and very welcoming. Cameron, the manager, was especially kind, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. You can truly tell they care about their residents here. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love it here! So much attention and care from the staff. I love that they also build a community here with weekly events. Cameron has been absolutely amazing helping us tour the apartments, answering all of our questions and helping us sign. The design of the building is stunning and unique with great amenities. I’ve been here for a few months now and am extremely happy.

This apartment is hands down the cutest place I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment I walked in, it felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully put together. Every little detail—from the decor to the lighting—made the space feel cozy and charming without trying too hard. It was spotless, comfortable, and had such a calming vibe that made it easy to relax and feel at home. Honestly, it’s one of those places you don’t want to leave and immediately start imagining living in. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who loves a cute, cozy, and well-loved space 🏡✨
