Attention! Attention! Builder called to inform me that they did indeed forget supports and studs in a main floor/wall. And they will fix that, but unwilling to properly repair all the negligent broken / numerous holes in the drywall. Unwilling to replace the broken island cabinet they tried covering up with white glue. So much for supporting and caring for military and veterans personnel I am a 20 year Veteran and still supporting this country but i guess I don’t deserve top-notch quality work.

Buyers beware. These personnel from the sales personnel to the builders are all about making a quick buck and could care less about the customer. I have dozens and dozens of photos of horrible and disturbing building issues that the company refuses to fix professionally and their solution is to patch over items. Brand new cabinets with broken corners and backs and they glued and hid their shoddy work. Brick work is unsightly and it appears either a drunk or blind person did the drywall and receptacle work. Buyers please run away from this place immediately!

Chris Taylor in the sales office was very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. We have gone to many home builders in the area, but none were as nice as Chris. Because of him we'll be buying our new home there.

Houses are nice but so close together. The walls are not noise proof at all.
