Arcadia Dr. Phillips Apartments

When I first decided to move down to Florida about an year ago, I visited almost a dozen properties. Now, 6 months, later I am super-happy I picked Arcadia - super cool manager (Christian), and his staff (Mariangela, Michele, MIKAEL) - always available (i think they live on the property), and always super easy to get hold of. The move-in process was a breeze, they handled everything for me remotely. Good vibes all around at that place. Great gym. Clean Pool. Good-looking neighbors. Awesome lobby. Theatre - the works

Great places to live location, location, location. The staff here is awesome too. They are so helpful and do a great job communicating and keep the property up to date. Christian, Michelle and Mariangela all do exceptional work. Great job!

From our very first contact through the entire transition of our move, she showed exceptional care, attention to detail, and true professionalism. She was always kind, patient, and incredibly supportive, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really liked it here. The pool, the nature, it's very beautiful and picturesque. The apartments and living conditions are comfortable. I felt protected here. The administrator took care of my every request in a short time.

This complex was my home for the last 6 years. Last night I had to say good-bye to this beautiful place; I was pretty sad. I am so thankful for the office staff, Maria, Mikel, Michelle, and the big boss Christian. They always help me, and help my family. They keep this place so clean and beautiful. Also, I miss some of the people that already left, like Gerald; he was so kind and friendly. I highly recommend this complex; it's always clean, the maintenance staff are always quick and effective, and I never had any problems here. Great location and safe. It was our time to move to a house, but if I ever had the need to come back to an apartment. We will be back without thinking. I will miss my neighbors and friends that I am leaving now. Don't worry, I will be visit you guys. ALL I CAN SAY T
