Arcade Sunshine

I live in this building and have lived here for one year. Aside from a few appliances malfunctioning the building is amazing. When you put in a service request, they handle maintenance quickly and thoroughly. Mamie who works at the front desk is always welcoming and in a great mood. The building is always very clean and I am happy to call at home.

The staff is very kind, and you can tell each person has true passion for ensuring your new house feels like HOME. From Ms. Jackson (the heart of the building), to Mamie and her beautiful smile & passion to help, to Phil and his swift solutions, to Simone and Tynecia’s adaptive and strong leadership—- We are so grateful and plan to be here for a while 🩵

I lived at Arcade Sunshine for over two years and had a great experience. My apartment was spacious and the amenities offered were great. I'd love to give a shoutout to maintenance, especially Angel, for always fixing things quickly and following up when things needed to be ordered. Also love Janiya at the front desk; she is always so sweet! I often had issues getting in contact with the leasing office via email, especially around lease renewal dates, so that is one thing that I think can be worked on.

Moved in a month ago, and super happy so far about the condition of the building, the apartment, my neighbors, the neighborhood and the staff at Arcade Sunshine. The complex is dog-friendly and my pups love it here.

Having been part of the Arcade Sunshine community for over three years, we are truly pleased with our decision. The apartment complex features a thoughtfully designed layout that maximizes natural light and showcases modern decor. The communal areas, including workspaces, a billiards room, and rooftop terraces, are exceptional and consistently well-maintained. The location offers easy access to parks, grocery stores, and public transportation, making it both practical and cost-effective. The Management Team, consisting of Simone, Tynecia, and Mamie, is professional and attentive, ensuring that maintenance issues and service requests are handled swiftly. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone in search of a stylish and functional living space.
