First impression: During our apartment search we were literally leaving an appointment on the same street and saw ARCA in passing so we decided to check it out. We initially toured with community director Gabrielle Wallace and while units weren’t ready for view per new construction, she showed us the fitness center, community space as well as where the pool and other community spaces would go. Once pictures and a virtual tour option was set up on the website we were able to see what the finished units look like. After a few more searches we decided to apply with ARCA.
