I don’t take pleasure in writing this, however if someone I care for lives here, and I expect it to be a safe, clean, manageable place, then it should be what is being paid for!! 1)There needs to be, some sort of maintenance, that goes around picking up trash bags, that people leave out for DAYS, leaving other tenants to deal with unfortunate smells.. 2)Pool Area, which should only be for tenants, is always “Out of Order”, and when in use, not allow it to be use of the public.. 3)The Gate is suppose to be for the safety of the tenants, allowing the public no access, without checking in at the main office.. What is the point of it, when 75% of the time, it’s broken? 4) Designated Handicap Parking, is for “HANDICAPPED OCCUPANTS”, not Unoprobale, Abandoned Vehicles”!! 5) The purpose of having

These apartments are phew, a joke to say the least. They’re newer, so the roof leaks anytime it rains hard, and mold grows. The dryers begin to stink because the dryer holds water due to not being installed properly. Pest control isn’t controlling a thing considering I’ve struggled with ants and I live on THE THIRD FLOOR and keep a very clean home. People with dogs let their dogs shit anywhere, even though they have a considerably nice dog walk area. There are constantly underage and unsupervised children in the gym. Making it, in my opinion, unusable. When tenants move out, the property cuts off electricity, causing all surrounding apartments to smell like a dead body because that one apartment is so hot and disgusting. If you are a contractor DO NOT do business with this company- never at their location, extremely late on payment with NO communication. Will force you to lien property and sue to seek compensation. It is not worth the headache!

The Arbors is an unprofessional circus of family members who live throughout the complex. Unsuspecting renter's will be mislead to believe their renting from a nice place - nothing can be further from the truth. Associates of the management will enter your unit use it to party while you are not home. The management puts family members involved in the subversive to report and I personally have found keys with the unit number from another unit in my apartment while living there. Stains on my new furniture and camera monitors in the fire alarms. The Arbors is the very worst.

If you install a community garden you should install a water supply. It's hard to grow anything without water!
