Arbours at Conyers Apartments

ArboursAtConyers is a very beautiful apartment home community. The problem lies with the manager. The one star is for the manager. I give 4.9*'s for the property. The leasing manager has been in the property management field for a very long time, but unfortunately, she still insists on maintaining a derogatory attitude. If one stands up against her falsehoods, she will in some form or fashion attempt to retaliate against tenants. By the way, did I failed to mention this is a 55 and older "Senior" community? She acts as if she's the owner of Arbours@Conyers. She doesn't speak to tenants if she doesn't like you...at least me anyway😁. It's not as if I care that she speaks to me. It's the fact that me, along with other tenant's monthly rental and water payments are allowing her to pay her bil

Please be careful when dealing with Arbours at Conyers it was my understanding that when you pay a deposit the apartment is held for you but these people gave it to someone else and told me that she was talking to a voice on the phone my son paid the $ 300 deposit and they was supposed to hold the apartment for me I flew in that Saturday and went to the apartment on Monday and I was told that she had rented my apartment she said she was only talking to a voice on the phone go figure!!!!!!!!

Ms. Delshone the property manager very professional and great personality!
