Arbors of Montgomery

I lived in this apartment complex for 2 years, and during that time I saw a lot of problems. First of all, there is no proper parking. There are always a lot of people around, both day and night, and it feels very crowded and noisy. There are cockroaches in the building. The management office works very poorly, but at the same time the rent is very expensive — we paid $1,730 for a one-bedroom apartment. They do not want to hear about any apartment issues and simply ignore complaints. A staff member named Eric is very rude, arrogant, and aggressive. I do not recommend this place for families with children at all. There is a playground and a tennis area, but when children go there, the office staff and Eric often yell at them. Hi it's very poor and dirty apartment trying make many on fine singing contract $500. Which they not giving and monthly $1825. For 2 bed but charge me every month more and more bills around $2000. And up with fines today march 30 2025 but we still have trees leaves from last year no body cleaning it.

Not really worth it, only real upside was stores being close by. The property management company seems in over their heads as they try and get these neglected apartments somewhat refreshed. It took 4 months before water leaking from my ceiling was addressed, and of course it only happens a week before I move out. There was literally just a big open hole in my ceiling that would leak water EVERY DAY. Maintenance stuff must be stretched really thin and/or so many other apartments are having bigger issues than that. There’s probably mold or other moisture-related damage up there. Heat/hot water went out several times. Landscaping seems nonexistent. Backhoes and other equipment keep digging things up and leaving the grass a mess and piles of dirt everywhere. Grass is patchy in many areas.

We always pay our rent on time, but maintenance services—especially for urgent issues—are not provided in a timely manner. This is very frustrating and disappointing.

If i could give it ZERO stars i would. The main water pipe that runs my heat is leaking so i called them to come fix it and they said there is a hole in it that i have not been notified about. I have been complaining about the leak since October i was not once notified of it. They have now turned off my heat without my permission, are refusing to book a hotel for me or give me a place to stay. Eric the manager will not speak to me. I gave birth two weeks ago. My son is 14 days old. I HAVE A TWO WEEK OLD CHILD. THEY HAVE TIRNED OFF MY HEAT. GAVE ME A TINY SPACE HEATER. ARE REFUSING TO SPEAK TO ME. AND SAID THIS IS “OUR POLICY”.
