I've lived in this building for 20 years, and I've seen many management teams come and go during that time, and I can say that I'm very satisfied with the current one. When I've gone to the office with a concern or problem, I've always received a response and a commitment to resolving it. The cleanliness has improved significantly; now you can actually walk through the stairwells and hallways. The staff is very efficient at what they do. There are always things that could be improved, but that also depends on the residents; they can't expect all the responsibility to fall on the staff. This place is worth checking out. The apartments are large with plenty of storage space compared to the new buildings, which are very small. The schools in the area are reliable, and we live in a very green

Me and my Family have lived here for about 6 years. There have a been a few Managerial changes,but this last change has been the best there has been since living here. Ms.Kiana and Ms. Eva are angels! It takes a lot to fix what other property managers have left in shambles but these two have come in and done an exceptional right from their first day! They are VERY attentive to the residences and hands on with every request! Things have sharpened up around quickly which is such a breath of fresh air!!! The apartments are very spacious and big..

I've been living here for 4 years, and the location and area are excellent. The apartments are very spacious and the prices are great. The management is incredibly friendly, and the manager is very dedicated to the upkeep of the complex and always patient. I highly recommend living here. Ms. Kiana in the office is a wonderful person, always helpful and attentive to any problems, and she works quickly to resolve any issues. Ms. Kiana is an excellent manager.

I had such a great experience moving into this apartment. The management team was really nice and helped me every step of the way, making the entire process so smooth and stress-free. They made it very easy to get me in and were always available to answer my questions. The building itself is kept in excellent condition. The hallways and common areas are always clean and well-maintained, which makes the atmosphere feel welcoming and safe. The overall upkeep of the property shows that they really care about the residents. From start to finish, everything has been professional and thoughtful. I truly appreciate how seamless they made my move and how comfortable they’ve made me feel living here.

Hi I've been living at the arbors for 9 years this has been my home I've seen 4 on site managers and and none of them cared about the tenants or the property the way Kiana and her assistant I've see more improvements than I've seen in 9 years they have to clean up the mess that the other management left they are visible and very personable the care believe me I know give them time it takes time you won't find better in site manager same goes fir maintenance the best I've seen in 9 years!!!!!
