This place is a good location that all about it. They charge renters more than $150 put on base rent. Even you don't use it, they charge you valet trash fee and trash fee separately. Even room is totally electric nevertheless they charge you common area gas fee and common area electricity fee. Even you live yourself or you don't come back room so often, sewer fee crawl up about $100 every month. 6 months ago, this place's owner changed and they live out of state. We still don't have apartment name sign in front. So, if you have extra couple of hundred dollars top over base rent, maybe okay to live this place. ⭐ 1 Star – Do NOT Recommend This has been one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve ever had. Management lied from the very beginning. During the walkthrough, we were promised a specific apartment, but when it was time to move in, they did not give us the unit that was agreed on. Instead, we were pressured into taking a different apartment that already had roaches, mold throughout the unit, and multiple problems.The apartment is infested with roaches, and things are constantly breaking. The electrical system is unsafe and poorly done—when you turn on the microwave, something else loses power, and if the TV is on, the microwave won’t work at all. Do Not Move Here!!! They play loud music all day everyday outside with no respect for others that work from home and that have little kids. There’s certain individuals that walk around the apartment building with masks on trying to find something to get into. Some folks drive fast through the parking lot. People that don’t even stay in the complex, come and take up all the parking spots so the residents don’t have nowhere to park. Everybody literally has roach infested/molded apartments that they do nothing about. The maintenance ppl literally be having attitudes when it time for them to come fix things and they still don’t fix it correctly and in a timely manner, do not give these folks your money. So glad we moved from here!!

If you like a loud neighborhood MOVE HERE!! They race in the parking lots all day making the other car alarms go off. The neighbors pop fireworks everyday like it’s 4th of July. I doubt we have any set quiet time hours because the neighborhood DOES NOT SLEEP. I’ve complained numerous of times about the ppl who live above me they just told me to call the police. We all have roaches!!! And ofc there are some rats that run around cuz they live in the wall!!! There is MOLD!!! We had black mold in the bathroom they painted over it .
