Arbors at West Avenue Apartments

I moved to this property and I love it here! Very friendly office staff! Property looks amazing! My manager is always very helpful and maintenance responds fast! West Avenue apartment they so greatly. It was a so clean and no trash and no dog food or no duck poo always stay clean and the manager her name is Maria. She is a lovely she’s always a help. Whatever the problem you have she’s always trying to resolve it and every time when you’re into the office the staffer they always trying to to help you the maintenance they show up anything broke into the house they always show up on time when you write to a report by the office the amazing the management they sold nice the apartment they clean the perfect I love West Avenue apartment they so nice and I so appreciate that the management and M

West avenue apartment they amazing the management and they claim for the apartment inside and outside no pool for the dog no cat in into apartment outside everybody they been keeping in the house for the dog and they always picking whatever the thrush the dog made it and no trash outside everything is clean I love what's the avenue to stay in less than my life what's that in an apartment it was amazing 3747 West avenue it's amazing apartment thank you for the management for Maria Maria she's always help for people anybody have problem apartment inside air condition anything else work order they always show up on time thank you what's the avenue for management the people work there I saw appreciate that anytime thank you and God be with you all the time keep it clean all the time thank you

GREAT STAFF!! From the moment you walk in, they make you feel welcomed. Karina always providing great customer service. Crystal always welcoming you and helping you with such a warmth welcome, always so kind. The manager Maria is such a great manager, always making sure work gets done inside and out the office. They have a great team.

Food Bank now provides food every other month. Today was supposed to be the day to receive, now all of a sudden no food bank assistance. There was no early notification. I pay my rent on time every month, but they didn't have the decency to let us residents know that we weren't receiving food bank this month. You have elderly that receive food bank on time and every time. Nothing against elderly, but why is it they are receiving notifications & updates but other residence are not. This is a major inconvenience, especially for residents who pay their rent on time and have no complaints against them or how the office runs everything.

Looks nice but the gates broken so anyone can come in and the leasing agents in the office well not all of them but are difficult to work with only open like 3 days a week and 2 days out of the 3 the person you need to talk to is out of the office or unavailable to answer your questions but they are always OPEN on the FIRST of the month of course and always available then but any time after that your SOL thanks Natalie you make my stay here a great experience (sarcasm)
