I am writing this review, to the reviews made. I am so thankful for you that wrote with transparency not emotion. I was considering applying here, but after reading about the break ins. Well, yes you guesed it I will not. Security is important and when you are paying for that security with an apartment complex it is very important. Management is the homeowner, and the renter is the caregiver. Property, maintenance and customer service is very important when renting, this is a home that should be protected and managed by a management and maintenance team with integrity. Once again Thank You!
I am not one to leave reviews but in this particular case I feel compelled to do so. I lived in the complex around April 2023 up to February 2024 and everything seemed to be fine. I upgraded my lease 5 to 6 months later to a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, literally the one next to where I originally was renting. What a mistake. What a nightmare. First, no real safety measures with the main gate. The gate was never fixed and any one could enter the complex. Second, none of the light poles were working making it extremely dark and a little dangerous to walk to your apartment at night or very early in the mornings, again the main gate was always open, exposed to anyone just walking or driving right in. This is just talking about SOME of the external factors. Now let’s dig into the apartment
My wife and I have had an absolutely miserable experience living at Arbors at Lee Vista during our second lease term, which began in December 2022. While the first term was bearable, the current situation is intolerable. The on-site staff is incompetent and lacks the essential skills needed for their roles. Our air conditioning vents are molding, and every time the unit kicks on, a foul smell fills the apartment. Despite multiple requests over several months, no action has been taken to clean or inspect the system. The maintenance leader and front desk lady keep promising that a vendor has been scheduled, but nothing has changed. To make matters worse, we have an animal family living in our roof and walls, causing loud noises and sleepless nights. Our bedroom is now uninhabitable, forcin
Not one for making reviews but felt like I needed to share and might be looking for a new home. My lease started yesterday.. June 15, 2024. My unit has been available for rent since June 8th. I went by for the first time on Friday to look at my apartment and it was dirty and roaches everywhere. The living room was dirty, bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms. It looked as if someone moved out and it wasn’t cleaned at all. I let the office know that Friday that it was dirty and they said they would take care of it. So the next day I went to grab my welcome pack to move in and went over everything with the office lady. I then went to my apartment and let them know it hasn’t been cleaned still. So I went and bought cleaning supplies to clean myself. While cleaning I noticed the roach problem and th
Update: Only have been told by UDR billing that they will contact the onsite team and get back to me. Meanwhile I’m being sent emails demanding I pay the $2,000 in 7 days time or else they’ll report it. This isn’t right! In February 2025 while performing maintenance water was turned off in our building. When the water was turned back on the water pipe running in our ceiling extending from the corner of the living room all the way into my bed room bursted and flooded our apartment. The water pipe bursted in 4 different places. We were forced to live in a hotel while no repairs were completed and the carpets were only dried. Nothing was replaced or fixed. I have photos and videos proving the damage was that of the building and its lack of maintenance. I am currently being charged for th
