Arborgate Apartments

Been leaving here since 2019 and nothing has been done, keep asking to get things fixed, it don't happen. I guess they got tired of me asking and now they getting rid of me with one excuse after another. They said I have to Manny cats but I'm not the only one. They are offering my space already and I'm still here, careful they don't do anything they say, it's just money money money for this people. My apartment is falling apart. That mold is making me sick but they said they are not a cleaning service, no window the fan don't work. Becaful with asking to get something fixed.

Overall clean apartments, landscaping always looks neat, these are safe. Love that they are pet friendly and have all these potty stations for your pets, staff at the office is very friendly and welcoming.

Love calling this place our home. Staff is really understanding and helps with any apartment issues in a timely manner. Quiet neighborhood which is a plus.

No one answers the phone when you call but, there message says that they welcome walkins so I drove on over. There is a sign on the office window stating that the office is closed and to call them although there was an employee sitting at her desk. So, I take out my phone to call and she gets up from her desk to talk to me through the door. They don't have any apartments available. That's fine. The problem i have is that they give you the complete runaround. Don't waste folks time. Just tell them you don't have any apartments available.

The staff at Arborgate Apartments are amazing. The made the move in transition so effortless and professional. Thank you guys for the positive experience.
