Lakesia was great help getting me into an apartment quick! She was nice and showed me around the apartment before I signed the lease! She has amazing customer service skills!

Move out time couldn’t have come any faster! When I initially moved in 3 yrs ago it was great all across the board. The staff was amazing, maintenance, response time etc. Once new management Willow took over horrible. Matt- leashing off H O R R I B L E to deal with. While routine filter changes somehow the water heater was cracked causing water damage to the apartment under mine and which it was working overtime with the crack so the water heater froze. The water caused damage to the walls, base boards etc. they placed 3 heaters in my house to dry it out. My house was on 92 for 3 days. I reached out and reached out for Matt to tell me to pay for a hotel until it can be fixed. Excuse me? The current maintenance supervisor heard it he went to Lowe’s and personally replaced it that same nigh

This place needs and will be reported to the local housing authority and health department. I have never seen a more run down apartment complex charging what it does. They could care less about their apartments or the tenants. There is mold, outdated appliances, vegetation growing in the gutters, piss poor landscaping, no cleaning of the building on the outside and they ignore there tenants complaints

My companion, service dog, Cody, and I are enjoying the quiet, friendly environment, here at Arbor Village. The clubhouse is a delight. My favorite stop is the barista coffee bar. The cappuccino is delicious.

I’ve lived at this apartment complex for or a while and unfortunately, it has gone downhill fast. The pool is closed more often than it’s open. Litter is a constant issue. No one seems to take responsibility for keeping the property clean. There is currently an entire car bumper sitting outside one of the buildings. While the newly redone driveways are nice, they don’t make much of a difference when the rest of the property looks so unkempt. They also recently did some landscaping, but only between the office and the “show” apartment, clearly just for appearances. The dog park is another major concern. It’s not a clean place for dogs. Residents rarely clean up after their pets, and the management no longer hires a service to maintain it. If you’re touring, I strongly recommend driving ar
