Horrible management & security staff. They are not accommodating to people with disabilities. The security will get your car towed for no reason other than they are angry. It doesn’t matter if you have a parking pass or parked in the visitor spaces. They have mice galore. The maintenance will steal your belongings and eat the food out of your fridge. If I knew back then what I knew now, I would file a claim with their insurance company and sued them. I encourage anyone currently living there and experiencing any of this to do the same.

First and foremost, I want to say that this property has its pros and cons, The cons are: - Every building needs remodeling -The staff and maintenance are nice when you move in, but once they get your money, they become very rude, (Especially the Landlord Ms. Taylor) - Maintenance doesn’t fix anything, if you put in a ticket they cancel it out as if they came to repair what you put in a maintenance request for. - THEY HAVE MICE, so if you don’t want any extra guest or if you are considering moving here, YOU MIGHT WANT TO RECONSIDER!!! - Oh, I Forgot to Mention that we moved here in February of 2023 and we weren’t in our apartment for a whole week when we were greeted with MICE! the pros are - the apartments are spacious - the units comes with brand new appliances! - Everyone minds their

This place is Ghetto, The walls are thin, The Parking is terrible, Two Murders happened while I was living here as well. Miss Taylor is extremely rude and ghetto. Even threatened to flagged me in the invent I decide to break my lease early. They have a Mice Infestation that I've been dealing with for over a year, it's gotten worse as months go by. I saw Mice running in my dinning area while I was watching TV.

I am a currently resident that this property. I’ve only been at this property for a year. Since moving in my car was broken into twice. My oven make explosion noise everytime I turn it on. This problem have been going on since I moved in. At first there wasn’t anyone in the leasing office to report it too. Then after informing someone about this in the summer when the office was staff. No one came out to check the issue. A fews weeks ago I mentioned it again to the property manager. She told that this normal an it happen to her at her apartment as well. Every time I attempt to us my oven my entire apartment smells like gas. The gas smell is so strong have to open the patio door to air out my apartment . The property is quiet and not much goes on. Units are very spacious with large balconies. I would not recommend you move here if you are searching for a caring or functional management. As a hotel manager I understand the importance of hearing your tenants and resolving issues. Edgewood is not keeping up with the times. Edgewood does not care about tenants and will not get involved in resolving any issue no matter how severe. I have been living here for five years and have been miserable! I only stay because I literally have no time with work to move. There are mice running rampid, laundry facility has taken my money on several occasions. Recently, the toilet overflew while I was out and when I returned maintenance entered My unit and used my personal towels to soak up the water and left
