Good location and seems nice at first but you move in and they have fixed nothing from the previous tenants, beside flooring. Plumbing is terrible, sinks were stopped up since day one, they plunge it and it’s back to the same thing next day. So another maintenance order has to be put in. Toilets halfway flush randomly as well. Bathtub leaks and it’s obvious the ceiling has already been cut into once before so a recurring issue. They do not have pest control come out but (it’s included in your rent each month) office just says “they didn’t get to everyone today” but never do. Water bill is not just based on your household itself, it’s the entire building averaged together plus its sewage fees and other nonsense fees included each month so it’s around 90 for the “water bill” with or without

I have been a resident at Arbor Terrace for a little over a year now and this place definitely feels like home! Arbor terrace has a pool for summertime activities, a playground for your kids and lots of grass area for your fur babies to run around. The owners/landlords of the property do a fantastic job of keeping everything clean and well maintained yearly! The maintenance team is also wonderful and very quick to check out whatever issue you might be having. If you are looking for an affordable and cozy place to live, this is for sure your place!!

The apartment we got was smaller than what we were made to think we were getting but it was fine for what we could afford I guess. Management was great and maintenance was great as well. The AC is so loud though that I can't hear myself think when the fan kicks on and we have to turn up the TV volume to hear anything. Also if you get an apartment with neighbors above you, good luck. From the bedroom you can hear Every. Single. Footstep. Not sure if it's the way the ceiling is, or if it's the neighbors themselves, but don't expect to get much sleep if you're a light sleeper like me and noises wake you up. I could literally hear them up and about walking around, talking, and just doing stuff in general at like 5-6am and I couldn't even have the satisfaction of banging on the ceiling with a b

Arbor Terrace is a beautiful place to live! The management, Brittney, she is absolutely exceptional! Brittney makes such a stressful situation such as moving, way easier! Arbor terrace is kid friendly, adult friendly and family friendly! We have two playgrounds and a swimming pool which is great after a hot day! Arbor terrace is located close enough to all of Romes amenities! Mantinace is always super prompt with any issues pertaining to the apartment! Arbor Terrace is in all is a great, quite place to live!

Arbor Terrace is a great place to live! The community is very clean and quite! The apartments recently received Granite countertops throughout! The management and maintenance team here are always on top of any issues or needs of the residents! I would recommend this community to everyone one!
