The worst place to live in Charlotte. Out of all the staff only two goes above and beyond Desmond and Keyana. I have no choice but to go the media and filing a complaint due to the lack of service and support of this community. 3 years in counting and the services have been horrible. There only responds is…It must slipped thru the cracks. How many slips it takes to get there help.. 10,000 out of a million times. When my car got broken into, and was vandalized. It took them a week to inform the community. No one followed up with me, they couldn’t care less about the safety and security of this community. It’s been HELL since I moved in here.

Been living at these apartments for a length of 2 years. The maintenance crew especially Mr.Tony & Mr. Keyantae are lovely staff always helpful and come as soon as they are available! Never had any complaints with the establishment.

Demond from maintenance is absolutely outstanding! He is always looking out for me and helps with everything. Desmond truly cares for residents and makes sure everyone is taken care of. Thank you Desmond!

Do NOT MOVE HERE!!! It is a nightmare.. they have bugs/ roaches .. and the office isn’t any help with resolving issues. They don’t communicate with you or even to each other. I was scheduled to move in & my unit was not clean. We got moved to another unit and it’s been ROACHES. We were told pest control would come out and on the day they were schedule . Did not come and spray. They have all the excuses in the world. It’s ghetto!!! There is water damage in the kitchen and under the skin. U DO NOT WANT TO MOVE HERE. I REGRET IT !! NASTY!!!

Marisa and the ladies at the leasing office were very helpful and accommodating during the move-in process. As for the unit itself, you pretty much get what you pay for. I do feel like a more thorough deep clean should’ve been done before move-in, and maintenance response times have been a bit slower than expected. Overall, decent experience but definitely areas that could use improvement.
