Arbor Pointe Apartments

Living at Arbor Pointe Apartments has been a great experience. The community is quiet, clean, and friendly—exactly what I was looking for. Neighbors are respectful, and it really feels like everyone takes pride in the space.The location is convenient but tucked away enough that it feels peaceful. The maintenance staff and leasing office are approachable and quick to help with any issues. Whether you’re new to the area or just looking for a more laid-back atmosphere, Arbor Pointe has a great sense of community that makes it feel like home for anyone!!

The best apartment living experience I have had to date. Leasing office staff always pleasant and ready to assist... Timely responses to maintenance requests... Beautifully landscaped grounds and well kept... Proactive when it comes to warding off pests, which I have not seen one. When I enter my apartment, all I feel is peace. Arbor Pointe Apartments definitely has a positive impact on my quality of life.

Arbor Point is a decent place to live. There are some problems as with any apartment complex but the majority of my time and experience with them has been great. There are some negatives; trash for example could be picked up more regularly or provide more bins for excess trash. There is no recycling receptacles at every trash area. Parking is sometimes tight, as is expected, though sometimes an inconvenience. There are more positives about Arbor Point though. The office staff is very nice, accommodating, and always willing to work with you for anything you need. The maintenance staff is easy to get a hold of and most issues are fixed quickly. Overall I am happy to live here!

I do like living here. My neighbors are great. The staff is friendly. Majority of appliances are outdated. Would be nice with the increases in rent to have the updated appliances shown in all their photos. AC breaks every summer. Struggling with that now during record high temps. Haven’t used my apartment in almost a week due to this, yet still having to pay my full rent. No window unit offered in the meantime. Considered not an emergency. Space, location, and people are good though.

I have lived in this apartment complex for the last eight years. I enjoy it immensely, the apartments are spacious; a lot bigger than a lot of other places and my neighbors are nice which to me is a big plus! When something breaks, there are always prompt to come and take a look and fix. The ladies at the office are always sweet and make me feel comfortable every time I talk or see them.
