Arbor Pointe Apartment Homes

Pros: I have been living here since 2021. I love my apartment. The apartments are very nice inside and out. The yards are very well kept. Pest control is always kept up to date. I have not had rodent issues. I have had big and small maintenance issues here and there but they are all taken care of by the staff and maintenance in a timely manner. The staff are professional and understanding. Mr Reese is a nice guy. He and his crew takes care of this place very well. My first year here was rough due to outside non- resident people but over all I love it. Cons: We are surrounded by a very dangerous and crime ridden area. One of the worst in Columbus GA I believe. Alot of people that DO NOT live in the complex walk thru the apartments looking to rob people and break into cars. Its very dangerou

I been living here almost 2 years and it's been very peaceful.

I really appreciate Angie, she helped me out a whole lot when I applied for the apartment and even when I need to switch to a more convenient apartment due to my health issues.

I had gotten approved and was excited and planning to move that way. I had been in touch with a nice lady in the office the whole process. One day I called to update and speak with the lady but got some RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL lady instead. When I think of the south I think southern hospitality but she killed all of that. She had an attitude for no reason and talk to me like I was beneath her. You can tell she's had that position too long she's to comfortable with being so rude. Ruin my whole plans of trying to start a new life with my daughter there.

Very nice apartments,but unfortunately tenants insists on keeping it "hood" there is a big picnic area for outside gathering but people use the tiny lawns area wanting to be seen and heard. country and ghetto at the same time. If you are a classy person with morals and values and don't want to hear kids using the parking lot as the playground, or living next to people that will always display hood behavior, DONOT move here. Thanks to management accepting ghetto applicants, Arbor pointe apartments is only one step up from the projects.
