***WELCOME TO ARBOR PARK OF MICE*** Please avoid this place. Since we moved in, we've been dealing with mice daily and finding poops everywhere. It's been 3 to 4 months since we relocated here. They didn't inspect the home before moving in. When I spoke to the front desk lady, she said if we transfer in 6 months, we have to pay $1,000. Are you serious? It's not our fault - the townhouse was filled with mice, and no inspection was done. Past pest control and maintenance teams tried, but nothing helped. I spent so much money for the traps and a block all the door with the clothes so the mice don't get enter in the bedroom. There are many holes in the walls through which mice constantly enter, posing health risks. Every day, mice are seen in the living room and kitchen, and the space smells

I strongly recommend that anyone considering moving here think twice. This building is extremely old and the floors/ceilings are incredibly thin. I live on the first floor and the noise from the unit above me is constant. A family of seven people lives in a one-bedroom apartment above my unit, and every step, conversation, kids jumping or running sounds like it is happening directly in my room. The sound insulation is practically nonexistent. I can hear everything. I now sleep with earbuds and noise-canceling headphones, and even that doesn’t fully block the noise. Ladies and gentlemen, please exercise caution when considering this place. My family has experienced a scam here, and this location doesn't even deserve one star. Firstly, the leasing office creates numerous difficulties. We recently applied for a townhouse and submitted all the necessary documents. When we called to inquire about the keys, nobody answered the phone. It took them 2 to 3 business days to respond to us. The front desk staff were extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. If you don’t like your job, please consider leaving. There is no reason to treat others poorly. The lady in the leasing office misled us and scammed us. One of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with. I lived in here for a little over 3 years, and after the first year, had nothing but issues. The apartments are infested with bugs, and no matter how many maintenance requests you submit nothing is done about it. Don't even get me started on the mice. They do not care when appliances/ other things break, and will drag their feet when it comes to getting them fixed. The community itself is pretty bad, extremely noisy neighbors that do not care about the people around them. People ripping down the road with fart can exhaust in the middle of the night, people doing doughnuts on the road separating the two halves of the community. If I could leave this place 0 stars I absolutely would. My first issue with this complex is the multiple breeches of contract. I signed a lease for a unit and a few days later the leasing office calls me and tells me the tenant is staying in that unit and I would not be able to move in there. I had already signed a lease for this unit. Instead of honoring my lease, they told me to pick another unit with the same move in date and price. I asked if when signing a new lease for the new available unit if the move in charges would be the same and I was informed they would be. A few days after moving in I get in email stating that I still owed $1200 and would be charged a late fee if I did not pay the balance by the end of the day.
