Arbor Oaks by Pulte Homes

We just closed in this great new and exciting community. Have met several residents during the construction of our home and are looking forward to meeting many more. What finally sold us to buy at Arbor Oaks was seeing the completion of the clubhouse and pool area. It is beautiful and very functional. There is also a great sales staff in Zak and Casey that are very knowledgeable about the homes and the area. Shawn our construction manager was "awesome" to work with.

We are new to the North Port area and knew when we happened upon the gated community of Arbor Oaks it was a perfect fit for us. From the beautiful gated entrance, the amazing new clubhouse and the welcoming smile of our sales rep Zak Garcia, we were home. Our Pulte built home is the perfect size for us with top notch upgrades. Tranquil, comfortable and friendly is how we would describe this new community.

As a real estate professional who helped one client purchase and another later sell in this community, I feel it’s important to share an honest and disappointing perspective for future buyers. At the time of purchase, this neighborhood was consistently marketed as an “Active Adult” (age-targeted) community. That messaging appeared across Pulte’s website, videos, MLS listings, in-person signage, and sales consultant presentations. My client purchased specifically because of that promised lifestyle. Within approximately three months of closing, all in-person "Active Adult Lifestyle" signage disappeared and the sales messaging shifted, while the same Active Adult branding remained online. The result was confusion and frustration for residents who bought based on a clearly presented lifestyl
