I had a really good experience whit Letícia! She has always been very supportive of me and my family, and we appreciate having her in the condominium where we live!

The office employees are not very reliable. My car was hit in the middle of the night, Main gates are always open no security. Gardening crew has no regards for personal property they will damage your stuff and I give two s**** they hide behind the lease so they don't have to pay you back. They close the pool on weekends instead of weekdays for maintenance. We are $500 away from paying $3,000 for two bedroom one bathroom. Appliances are old and out of date they will not change it only repair if they have the parts. If not screw you. This was a lie. They left because they felt like.

I recently rented a one-bedroom apartment in this community for a year, and I must say that the new management team, led by Jasmin and her team, has made a remarkable difference. Previously, the management was constantly changing, and the service quality was poor with numerous complaints. However, since Jasmin and her team took over, there’s been a significant improvement in the quality of service. They are very responsible, helpful, and attentive to residents’ needs. The positive changes are already visible, and I am very pleased with the new management.

If I could give negative stars I would. On March 1 of this year, I paid $600 to hold an apartment spot for myself and my family while my application was being approved for. I was guaranteed this would be refundable if my application was denied … well it was even though I have excellent credit and wasn’t told why. THEY NEVER GAVE ME THE 600 BACK. I was told by the manager at the time, Sadè and the 3-4 front office women that were different every time I walked in there that my $600 was going to be reimbursed back by check in the mail. Well, it has been well over four months now and I still have not received my money. I have called relentlessly and the incompetent staff at the office has ignored my phone calls and emails. The number actually doesn’t even go threw off of he website. Every time
