Arbor Oaks Apartments

Nothing fancy. There isnt a pool or a away to one with a partnership or anything. It's simple and somewhat quiet if neighbors weren't so loud. Parking is horrible if you are in the back. I never get to park anywhere close to my apartment. Due to multiple drivers in other apartments. There's some where between 2-4 drivers per apartment compared to my 1 driver. Cars that never leave. Management and maintenance I haven't needed. But when I see them around they seem nice.

The experience we had being here is that they get stuff done when I call. The townhome I’m in is ideal for the amount of space of a small two person home. The amount of lighting I get just in my living room is beautiful and exactly what I want in a home. Animal friendly, which is great with mine, and owners work with ESA’s!

My experience the last three months has been good, very quiet, maintenance is very prompt if anything is wrong. If your looking for a place contact Dena she is awesome, she'll do her best to help. Thank you Dena 🙌

Management is very quick to address any maintenance issues you may have. Convenient location near two grocery stores and many restaurants. Great air conditioning system, and quiet neighbors.

Been living here around a year and enjoy my apartment. I also have two awesome neighbors.
