They deserve 0 stars Parking always full and only assign one parking spot Garbage always over flowing As you can see another tenant wrote a review 8 months ago and parking situation has not been solved. This is the email I wrote them and they weren’t even able to assist us. Dear Anthony, I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the current parking situation and overall property conditions. My husband works from 3:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and having only one assigned parking space for two registered residents with valid parking stickers has created significant hardship. My experience has been a 10/10, Anthony and Nicole were so helpful and made the move in process so easy from beginning to end, I received a tour and a break down of everything from The portal where you pay rent to the wonderful amenities this place has to offer. I am excited to be a tenant and to provide a home to my son. ❤️

I've been here for about 7 months. The maintenance team here is top-notch. Anytime I have a problem, I put in an order to fix it and they're here within an hour getting it fixed or replaced.

Ron of the mill Cheap, crappy apartments. You can hear your neighbors do everything, and I mean everything. When we moved in the apartment was covered in ants, which makes sense considering the pest control only does the kitchen and bathroom. Also, no matter how many people are on your lease you get 1 parking spot. And residents are encouraged to park in visitor parking, since, ya know, one spot per apartment so good luck finding parking for yourself as a resident or for guests.

Excellent experience, Anthony at the office made everything as smooth as possible and was quick to reply to any question or concerns that I had best experience I’ve had ever moving to any location , thank you very much, plus the apartments are clean and well maintained anything needs to be fixed they are quick to reply recommend this location
