I just can't thank the manager Shelly at Riverview Towers for her kindness, patience and most important professionalism. Today it is so rare to come across someone who goes the extra mile to accommodate you. Thank you Shelly for being the absolute greatest!!!!! I pray that your employer truly know how Blessed his/her company are to have a manager like you. Dawn

If I could give it less than 1 star, I would just bc of RIVERVIEW TOWERS IN CAMDEN, NJ. I have relatives and associates who currently reside here. They are mistreating the tenants here!!!! They consist of senior citizens, disabled ppl, etc. There has been a HORRIBLE bed bug infestation in that complex for about a year now, and they REFUSE to do anything about it. I have been shown videos and photos as proof. Can you believe they’re still moving ppl in knowing there’s an infestation?! They’re also attempting to intimidate tenants with mean stares, and retaliation by not taking care of things they should be taking care of, ignoring tenants phone calls, etc. These ppl are being forced to keep furniture with infestation in their apts, and said they’re not allowed to remove them themselves…forc

My lease is always being threatened for termination. Not happy. Scheduled appt, being thrown to the side twice. I reach out in email I get ignored. Was also told by manager I can write all the emails I wanted. Something needs to be done! Truly not happy at all. Why is my lease being terminated. Newark area! Based off reviews why are you putting people in office who don’t want to be there and miserable. Unacceptable! When I want and truly need a career people as the ones being picked make the tenants uncomfortable like heck like come on!!!

We went to Fairfield Commons Apartment office asking if they have subsidized or low income rental. The woman in the office was very rude saying they have no such programs. I understand that maybe there is no subsidized but the Arbors Management site reads ‘ Fairfield Commons Apartments provides affordable one and two bedroom apartments under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program’. Can anyone please advise if this statement is correct??

The rental manager at the salisbury location ms Lyons or whatever her first name is. She is rude very unprofessional, is not knowledgeable about the job but she is in a manager position plus she talks to the elderly very rude but you know what I'm going up further with my complaint if nothing is done with her
