Arbor Lane Apartment Homes

As others have warned please stay away from Arbor Lane Apartments. When we moved in there were so many problems and issues that were never resolved by the property manager. Multiple attempts to get issues resolved resulted in condescending remarks and she tried to have us fix issues ourselves and not have maintenance come fix it. Going back and forth so many times through email and phone calls as the property manager tries to avoid doing any repairs at all makes the whole situation incredibly frustrating and tiresome. Here is a list of some of the issues we experienced in the short time we stayed as we have since moved. 1) Dishwasher does not work 2) No hot water in kitchen sink 3) Dirty vents throughout apartment 4) Coaxial cable for internet was not wired in any bedrooms (had to rewire

Do NOT live in these apartments. You WILL regret it. The windows in every single room get stuck to the point that in order to shut them you have to slam them full force otherwise they will remain open to the constant noise of loud construction, obnoxious lawn mowing, and most annoyingly the train tracks which are right next to these apartments. The train goes by every ten minutes and continues for at least a few minutes each time, and it's loud as hell. This is especially a problem when I need to record music and need absolute silence. You cannot close the windows sometimes and you are forced to hear the noise, and even with them shut you're still gonna hear most of it anyway.
